The University neighborhoods represent an eclectic community that spans the historic charm of Marcy-Holmes and Nicolette Island to the hip young hangs and college bars of Dinkytown. Hugging the Mississippi River and enveloping the University of Minnesota campus, there is always plenty to do. You can spend your day browsing the Weisman Art Museum, taking in a college game, or getting outside to explore Nicolette Island, the Stone Arch Bridge, or the cobblestone streets of St. Anthony Main.
